    Margins United will take place in White City in September. London collective Eastern Margins has announced the second edition of Margins United festival. The 2025 edition will feature a daytime event and an afterparty. The day lineup features Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Jax Jones, Tohji, Billionhappy, Lucy Tun, Emei and Jianbo, while the nighttime portion includes shows from Dirty K, Minna-no-Kimochi and hainafromchina going back-to-back with dj g2g.

    The night event will feature sets from Ikonika, Jay Carder and Jess Hands. London festival Waterworks is hosting a day-to-night event at Peckham venue The Carpet Shop for Record Store Day. On Saturday, April 12th, the day-time event will run from 12 PM through 8 PM, and will feature a Planet Wax record fair, a Dr Banana sample sale and food from Taquiza. The day will be soundtracked by an unannounced lineup.

    Looking back, it’s incredible to think that what started as a single act of volunteering would have such a positive impact on my life. I first got involved with Alzheimer’s Research UK in 2019 when I volunteered to join the cheer squad for the London Marathon. My dad, Ceri, had died with Alzheimer’s disease the year before. We’d slowly lost this intelligent, funny and loving family man over a number of years.
