The adolescents in this sample were recruited from a naturalistic open trial effectiveness study approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics of Northern Norway (REK Nord: 2023-606482). The sample and procedures are the same as in Skjold et al. [34], and more details about the study are described there. The study included 43 patients, aged 16–18, from seven different specialized secondary care outpatient OCD treatment units across Norway.
