Upon arrival, officers discovered an unoccupied vehicle, and an occupied residence was struck by gunfire. This remains an active investigation, and no further information will be released at this time.

BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WPMI) — According to Bay Minette PD, on May 12, 2025, an officer with the Bay Minette Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation near McMeans Ave and West 5th Street. During the stop, officers identified a passenger, Ashton Harold Enrico Bradley of Fairhope, Al, who was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant. While interacting with Bradley, officers developed probable cause to search the vehicle.
