PRG Group, an independent brokerage in Wheaton, has joined Keller Williams Premiere Properties, bringing 20 agents to the international real estate franchise. Managing broker Pat Callan founded PRG Group, formerly known as (dba) Realty Executives Premiere, a franchisee of Realty Executives International, 31 years ago. The firm amassed a “nice market share” centralized in Wheaton, a DuPage County suburb, and extending out into eastern Kane County and western Cook County, Callan said.

A 63rd-floor condo at the St. Regis is up for sale, asking $7.1 million in a private listing that went up earlier this month. If sold for that price, the listing would not be the first over-$6 million sale at the building this year. There were three multi-million dollar sales at the St. Regis in the first few weeks of the year, two of which were over $6 million — a strong start to the year after challenges for the downtown condo market.

Chicagoland’s multiple listing service, Midwest Real Estate Data, is teaming up with a multiple listing service that spans large swaths of Illinois and Iowa to create a single real estate data network, opening up access to more listing and sale data to brokers. MRED and RMLS Alliance are entering into a data-sharing agreement to give real estate professionals access to nearly statewide data, which they said will benefit almost 50,000 agents and brokers in the region.
