It is not immediately clear what Trump will sign, but a White House official told NewsNation on Wednesday night the president would sign three measures on Thursday revoking California’s vehicle emissions standards. The measures include blocking California’s first-in-the-nation rule banning the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035, the official said.
