Time will tell.... FSU coaches had had a lot to deal with over the past week with the transfer portal opening and the shooting on campus. They've lost two receivers from the roster in recent days. Hykeem Williams entered the transfer portal, and Jalen Brown was dismissed from the team for an off-the-field incident. FSU took two receivers from the portal in the Winter window but will likely take at least one in the Spring window.

Whole different approach on defense changes things. The spring transfer portal window is in full swing, and FSU football fans have been monitoring who's entering the portal from FSU and which players have the potential to join the program from the portal. Some media sites have been publishing pieces and podcasts about the biggest needs FSU needs to address from the portal.

The 2024 FSU baseball team returning to the College World Series for the first time since 2019. It was no surprise they were led by several guys who would eventually get selected in the 2024 Major League Baseball Draft. It's always cool to find where the guys are playing and if they have been playing well enough to get promoted to a higher level.

What a joke. FSU football fans have already gone to war with a few guys involved with the College GameDay show. Kirk Herbstreit and Rece Davis are the first to come to mind for their role in FSU getting snubbed by the College Football Playoff committee in December 2023. It's like they will look for anything possible to see if anything involving those guys tries to sleight FSU at all.

Time will tell!In late March, I wrote about how FSU was working to flip blue-chip quarterback Jaden O'Neal and how it would be the second straight recruiting cycle they flipped a blue-chip quarterback from the Oklahoma Sooners. FSU flipped former Oklahoma commit Kevin Sperry late in the 2025 recruiting cycle after Trammell Jones de-committed. The first step was getting O'Neal to visit campus a couple of weeks ago to observe practice.
