I started going over and compiling data back early in the fall and here are my thoughts for the upcoming winter months ( December , January and February ) in East Tennessee. (WATE) — With tens of thousands of music fans descending on Manchester, Tennessee for the annual Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Coffee County will more than double in population by Thursday afternoon when most campers are inside the festival grounds. The bear could be seen walking across the plaza at Ripley’s.
