Paige Bueckers signed a three-year deal with the three-on-three league Unrivaled. Bueckers' first-year salary with Unrivaled is set to be greater than what she will make in four years on her WNBA rookie salary. Bueckers, who was the No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft, will earn $78,831 in her first year in the WNBA. Unrivaled made north of $27 million in revenue last year, more than double projections.

SAN FRANCISCO -- When the Golden State Valkyries selected Lithuanian guard Juste Joctye with the fifth pick in the WNBA draft on Monday night, it marked the first draft pick by an expansion team since 2008. Joctye also became the 10th international player to be added to the Valkyries roster -- the most overseas players on a team in the WNBA.
