    President  Museveni has  met and held discussions with a delegation from MTN Group at State House, Entebbe. During the meeting, President Museveni expressed satisfaction with MTN’s growth in Uganda since its inception. “I am glad that MTN has grown. I remember when it had just started, Mzee Mandela called me on a small phone. I do not remember who brought it, but that was the beginning,” the president recalled.

NIC  Uganda’s most successful netball outfit, heads into the regional tournament seeking to defend  the title they won last year in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The 12-player squad  off to Zanzibar also  includes Gloria Aya, Racheal Nanyonga, Nassim Mutesi and Margaret Bagala.
