Florida baseball continued its late season push towards an NCAA Tournament berth by taking two of three games at No. 1 Texas over the weekend. The Florida Gators (35-18, 13-14 SEC) opened the series with an 8-2 win on Friday, May 9. After losing 5-2 on Saturday, Florida responded with a 4-1 win over the Longhorns on Sunday afternoon at Disch-Falk Field in Austin, Texas.
