    It’s looking more and more like the city could end up paying well over $5 million to wrap up a land-use dispute that ended with a jury awarding a south Tulsa property owner nearly $2 million in “just compensation.”The math goes like this: Last month, city councilors authorized the payment of $1,895,000 to cover the Tulsa County District Court jury’s award, and on Wednesday they approved another $3,045,219 to pay for the plaintiff’s attorney fees, interest on the judgment, and court costs.
