    TULLAMORE Rugby Club are on the hunt for a new head coach for their mens' firsts team. Back in junior ranks for the first time in over a decade, Tullamore will compete in the Leinster League Division 1A in the 2025/2026 season and the new man will replace a local rugby stalwart and long time former player, Dave Hanlon who was over them for the 2024/2025 season. Tullamore were bitterly disappointed to be relegated from Division 2C of the All-Ireland League a couple of weeks ago.

Leinster MFC HT Louth 1-13 Offaly 0-11. Offaly have recovered very well from a disastrous start. They were 1-7 to no score down after 10 minutes and have done really well to get back into it. They are playing well now and have a chance but are on a tight rope at the same time
