Why I am holistically selfishI defend my sleep like a junkyard dog who’s just found a bone. My sleep schedule is very strict. I sleep at 8:30 PM. I wake up at 5:00 AM. If you ask me to hang out, it has to be before 7 PM. Even earlier if accounting for the commute home. “Want to go out and grab food?” No thanks. “Feeling like heading out to the city?” Absolutely not.
