There’s no gaming series quite like Anno. While there are plenty of real-time strategy titles and city builders out there, none dive as deep into the economic simulator aspect as the Anno franchise. Skydance Games today confirmed that the Amy Hennig-led Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra won't make its 2025 release date. The game will now launch early 2026. Skydance Games confirmed the delay via a statement stating the team needed additional time to polish the title. The studio also promised to share more soon, which is good considering very little has been shown of the game so far. Despite a 2022 reveal, Skydance Games has shown very little of the game to the public.

@NintendoAmerica @PlayStation had lots of 1st party, only a few demos. @Xbox had lots of demos, but lacked compelling 1st party content

Xbox One crashed and burned in 2013 at $499. Has #Xbox learned nothing? Xbox One X looks cool, but $499 is too much.
