Yummy Bowl has placed coming soon signs in front of 6845 E. State St. It’s one of six locations in Illinois the restaurant chain plans to open, with the others in Peoria, Chicago Ridge, O’Fallon, East Peoria and Edwardsville, according to the company’s website.
