Sanderson Weatherall has launched its first Wales office, in Cardiff. The firm has taken space at Desg in Pontcanna, whilst it continues to service its growing client base in and around the city. Rhys Griffiths, who recently joined Sanderson Weatherall as Partner, will run the office. Rhys brings with him 15 years’ experience in the local property market, having previously worked at DTZ and Cushman and Wakefield in Cardiff, as well as Monmouthshire County Council as Estates Management Surveyor.
