Set in a glossy Verona circa 1301, Juliet & Romeo opens with a storybook-style prologue and a narrator who spells out the plot right away. ★★★★☆In 1999, on a planet that almost perfectly resembles our own, three teenage boys—Pao Pao (Qixuan Kang), Chengyong (Zhuozhao Li), and Wang Zha (Yichen Chen)—are imbued with an extraordinary ability. Here it is.” It was a small but telling moment of an artist who deeply values his community.

★★☆☆☆In A Sudden Case of Christmas, a whimsical remake of the 2022 Italian film Improvvisamente Natale, director Sofia Maggi blends festive family drama with a dash of European glamour. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Italian Dolomites, the story follows Abbie (Lucy DeVito) and Jacob (Wilmer Valderrama), a couple on the brink of divorce, as they attempt to soften the blow for their precocious 10-year-old daughter, Claire (Antonella Rose). Their plan?

If watching a poorly dubbed 2hr Romeo & Juliet music video is your cup of tea, then ‘Juliet & Romeo’ is the musical for you.

Thunderbolts had its first trailer release back in September, and it was a few minutes of promising (finished) footage. Iron heart comes out next month and we’ve still not got a stand-alone trailer yet.
