    A Green Valley woman went to Sprouts around 4 p.m. Wednesday to pick up salmon and ended up witnessing a violent assault that ended in the arrest of a man and a trip to a hospital for a store employee. The woman, who spoke on condition she not be identified, said she'd picked up her fish and was browsing the produce when she heard a yell nearby.
