The American Antitrust Institute named Cohen Milstein a 2024 Antitrust Enforcement Award honoree for the Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice award. We were recognized for our work in Moehrl, et al./Burnett, et al. v. The National Association of Realtors, et al., which addresses allegations of longstanding anticompetitive practices in the residential real estate industry that have inflated the cost of broker commissions throughout the United States.
