Now, they are getting a helping hand. Now, she is receiving a helping hand from 13 Action News and the Yark Automotive Group. Elesondra DeRomano is receiving a helping hand for her work helping those who are struggling in the community. No one deserves to be left out in the cold, that is why DeRomano handed out supplies to help the homeless in the snow in February.
