On Monday, Ohio defensive tackle Jermaine Polk was offered by Rutgers football. VIPJermaine Polk, a three-star defensive lineman from Ohio, was offered by Rutgers football on Monday. The class of 2026 prospect said that an official visit to the Scarlet Knights could be possible. Polk cancelled his official visit to Wisconsin this weekend and Rutgers was quick to act, offering a prospect who is the No. 74 defensive lineman in the nation and Ohio's No. 26 overall prospect.

Over the weekend, Rutgers football received a commitment from Tyrell Simpson. VIPOne of three offensive linemen who committed to Rutgers this weekend while on an official visit, relationships won out for the Scarlet Knights in landing class of 2026 recruit Tyrell Simpson of Leland (N.C.) North Brunswick. A 6-foot-7, 310-pound offensive tackle, Simpson committed to Rutgers this weekend from a final four that also included Kentucky, Liberty and Virginia Tech.

This weekend, Rutgers football landed a commitment from Pennsylvania QB Xavier Stearn. VIPClass of 2026 wide receiver Elias Coke (Harrisburg, Pa.) is on-board with Rutgers football landing Xavier Stearn this weekend. The Philadelphia area quarterback committed to the Scarlet Knights on Saturday during his official visit to campus and Coke believes this is a good pick-up for the program. A three-star, Stearn is the No. 51 quarterback in the nation and Pennsylvania's No. 33 overall prospect.
