On December 19, 2024, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) issued a fact sheet titled, “Wearables in the Workplace: Using Wearable Technology Under Federal Employment Discrimination Laws” which highlights risks wearable technology may bring to the workplace.
