The month of June may have started off cool this morning, but we're quickly going to warm things up around here. Temperatures won't be quite as cool tonight. However, we still expect several locations will drop into the 40s. Lows should hold in the lower 50s around Indy. With mostly clear skies, it's another night worth seeing if you can catch a glimpse of the northern lights on the horizon. Our Monday forecast is full of sunshine once again.

Overall, we're enjoying a nice weekend as we put the wraps on May and get June underway. You may have noticed a haze in the air. That's wildfire smoke from fires in Canada. Other than that, we'll have a nice and comfortable evening. If you're going to the Pacers game or a watch party, be ready for some cooler temps by the time the game ends. If you're venturing out early Sunday, you might want to have the jacket handy. We start the day in the 40s.

Clouds have bubbled up with the heating of the day. With a cold front sliding across the state, we can't rule out an isolated shower. Most of us should stay dry this evening though. Our breezy west wind will diminish as well. We're partly cloudy and cool again tonight. Temperatures fall into the lower 40s north and upper 40s south. Following a cool start, our Saturday is shaping up to be a great weather day for your outdoor plans. We'll enjoy a mix of sun and clouds with a light NE wind.

Thanks to an east wind, our air is pretty dry. This should keep most of us dry this evening. Clouds will continue to increase ahead of the next weather system. Rain chances ramp up from the west after 3am. Temperatures stay a little warmer with lows in the low to middle 50s. Our Tuesday starts with areas of widespread rain. We may even hear a few rumbles of thunder, but the threat for severe weather is low. Some of the rain could be heavy, so you may want to add in some extra drive time early Tuesday.

We have lucked out with some really nice weather throughout the weekend. We keep the mostly clear skies and comfortable temperatures this evening. We do get a little cool overnight. Northern areas drop into the upper 40s with lower 50s elsewhere. Weather changes roll in Monday. Mostly cloudy skies take over. We could see a few showers. The most likely area to get rain is over SW locations. Temperatures should still come close to average with highs in the lower 70s.

Severe weather potential in the cards Thursday evening and again Friday late afternoon/evening. Gusty winds and hail will be possible both days. We can't rule out a tornado threat either. @wrtv #INwx https://t.co/uRivHPMlcg
