The necktie in question was a large silk ribbon fashioned in a loose bow atop an undeniably stylish outfit: a mesh black shirt, bell-bottomed black trousers, and patent leather heeled boots, which he showed off by playfully kicking his foot up so the crowd could get a glimpse.
