    Opening acts at Ouray’s free Mountain Air Music Series start playing at 6 p.m. each Thursday night in June, but the party in Fellin Park continues long after the sun goes down.     If it’s possible to bottle up the culture of a city, or more accurately to brew it in a keg, then four local breweries are now offering a taste of Montrose this summer — and maybe beyond. Last Thursday, bartenders at Shelter Distilling poured the first pints (in commemorative glasses) of Montrose United Pale Ale, a collaboration between Shelter, Horsefly Brewing Company, Silver Basin Brewing and Colorado Boy Montrose.
