New York Attorney General Letitia James announced on Tuesday that her office reached a settlement with Walmart for shipping realistic-looking toy guns to the state. James’ office found that third-party sellers on Walmart’s online store sold realistic-looking toy guns, and the retail chain shipped nine of them to addresses in New York.

JOHNSON, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A pair of Northwest Arkansas firefighters are facing criminal charges after they allegedly stole more than $8,000 from the City of Johnson, according to court documents. Chance Wright, 34, was arrested on May 27 for abuse of theft and theft of property. He was released around two hours after being booked on a $1,500 bond. Brian Copeland, 45, was arrested on May 28 for theft of property. He was released around an hour after being booked on a $1,500 bond.
