The Madison County Coroner's Office has completed the investigation into the death of a man whose body was found at a Ridgeland landfill. An employee at Little Dixie Landfill on North County Line Road found a man dead on March 24. The man was wearing a dark T-shirt with "United States Postal Service" and a yellow logo on it. The Mississippi Medical Examiner's Office determined that the man, identified as Howard Earl Banks Jr., 54, died of complications from a known medical condition.
