Like the rest of the NBA world, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James was surprised to learn that his team shockingly traded Anthony Davis to the Dallas Mavericks for Luka Doncic. In a three-team trade also involving the Utah Jazz, the Mavericks are sending Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris to the Los Angeles Lakers for Davis, Max Christie and a 2029 first-round pick.
