1 Introduction The intermolecular interactions are fundamental to understanding condensed phases and aggregation phenomena. The noncovalent bonds, much weaker than the ionic, covalent, or metallic bonds, govern the forces between the various segments in supra-molecules, molecular aggregates, and clusters, etc., that are not directly connected by covalent bonds [1, 2]. They are of major importance, as they are involved in the supra-molecular structure of macromolecules like proteins [3].
