On the afternoon we caught up with Kelly Mack, she just needed a ride to the grocery store. "This is the part where you kind of wait and see," said Mack, watching her phone. She's used a wheelchair since she was 10 - moved to D.C. after college, she said, because our city was trying to be more accessible. When the I-Team asked if the city was keeping its promise, she responded, "Here and there."D.C. does has a few options for passengers with wheelchairs. Metro trains and buses are accessible.

That was the case when the News4 I-Team recently went knocking on the door of a man in Falls Church, Virginia. "Oh, I'm becoming an expert," he told Consumer Investigative Reporter Susan Hogan.

An 8-year-old boy set up an Icee stand in Alexandria, Virginia to raise money for the Fairfax County Fire Department on Saturday. How he was able to come up with the idea was simple. "Because they saved my arm, we are donating to them," Everett Eskew, the 8-year-old, said. His stand was a unique way to say thank you to the department for helping him with his broken arm last year.

When Henry Garland got into a car crash along Interstate 270 near Rockville, Maryland, he said there was no doubt in his mind who hit him. “Big blue arrow on the side of the blue truck,” said Garland, referring to an Amazon delivery truck that he says sideswiped him. Garland said the incident caused roughly $2,000 in damages to his truck and trailer. And he thought after exchanging information with the driver, repairs would be easy.
