1. IntroductionCarbon nanotubes (CNTs) are an allotrope of carbon, and they have exceptional electronic and mechanical properties [1,2]. Due to distinct properties such as a high aspect ratio, mechanical, electronic, and thermal properties, CNTs can be used for various applications, including radiation sensing for space and terrestrial applications. Carbon nanotubes have been studied as pressure, flow, thermal, gas, and chemical sensors [3,4,5].
