(“Yukon”) in the formation, fundraising, and closing of Yukon Capital Partners V, L.P., and its associated parallel funds (collectively “Fund V”), which held its final close with total commitments of $765.2 million. Fund V was oversubscribed, exceeding its $700.0 million target and closed at its hard cap.
