    The Federal Reserve is cutting interest rates by half-a-point. University of Central Florida economist Sean Snaith says it's a little too aggressive for his tastes. "I think a half point is an aggressive start to this cycle of easing monetary policy," Snaith said, "especially when we haven't achieved the inflation target yet." Dr. Snaith says the move suggests the Central Bank is more concerned about a recession than it is inflation taking off again.
