Vaikka me kaikki potilastyössä toimivat haluamme potilaille parasta mahdollista lopputulosta, tulee hoitoprosesseissa siitä huolimatta vastaan tilanteita, jotka vievät hoitoa ei-toivottuun suuntaan.
