    The primary way to interact with a SQL Server database is with SQL commands. These commands are often embedded into applications but can also be used in command-line environments, such as PowerShell, or entered directly into the SQL Server Management Studio. In this three-part series, I'll explain some of the most commonly used SQL commands. Check back soon for Parts 2 and 3. Every SQL Server database contains one or more tables.
