    After three years in effect, Medicaid’s continuous enrollment provision—along with other pandemic-era policies—has come to an end, with widespread effects on individuals, governments, and the health care sector. As noted in a previous article by Julia E. Smith and coauthors, using evidence-informed approaches will be crucial to help keep eligible people enrolled.
