The new investment could value the combined company at $120 billion, the report said. The giant round could be used to pay down some of the debt that X, then called Twitter, took on when Musk took it private in a leveraged buyout three years ago.

    Source: Fox Business News Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said delisting Chinese stocks from U.S. exchanges was a possibility. “Everything is on the table,” he said in an interview with Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo Wednesday morning about the Trump Administration’s moves to impose steep tariffs on Chinese goods. There are 286 Chinese companies listed on U.S. exchanges, according to the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, a Congressional panel.
