Charlottetown city council just passed new regulations for short term rentals. Some councillors wanted to defer the motion, but that was voted down.

After months of procrastinating, I finally used my spin bike, guess I needed to see snow. Surprisingly not as difficult as I imagined… maybe I’ll even try again sometime. Lol
