The Secret Agent – which stars a winning combination of Stephen Graham, Toby Jones and Vicky McClure – is on Netflix right now. The spy drama first aired on BBC One back in 2016, and is based on the classic novel of the same name by Joseph Conrad. The three-part series was written for screen by Tony Marchant, who had also previously brought the drama Public Enemies to the BBC.

It's an Australian series called North Shore, set on and around Sydney Harbour, and was originally acquired by ITV in the UK, streaming on ITVX following its initial release on Australian television in 2023.

California Avenue, a new drama coming to the BBC, has announced its star-studded cast, led by Adolescence and The Crown star Erin Doherty.
