I'M not going to lie to you, I don't think that many of the couples needed a reunion last night, but let's get into it... This year's series of the E4 show has come to an end - and Thursday evening saw the couples gather one last time to talk about their time during the experiment. We saw some of our favourites return to our screen, with some couples still together... and others who were very much not.

THE reunion show kicked off in spectacular fashion with a drink being thrown, an explicit letter and a fiery clash between two brides. But that's nothing surprising as Married At First reunions are never a quiet affair. But it was Luke's filthy confession that left me feeling queasy. Now I understand why Amy was so savage to Luke at their final vows. Just for context, the couple parted ways at last night's final vows with Amy brutally declaring their marriage "deceased".

MARRIED At First Sight's final vows was giving pantomime but in the best possible way last night. We saw two couples stay together and two couples leave... so there were no real surprises there. We had Lacey and Nathan, they are very gorgeous and very lovely - and they decided to stay together. Sacha and Ross... I really worry about Sacha sometimes, she's been quite a reactive girl.

MARRIED At First Sight's final dinner party was explosive. Last night saw Polly and Adam, Nathan and Lacey, Ryan and Amy and Sacha and Ross come together one last time. There were some pretty shocking scenes after Polly shocked her co-stars by dropping the C-bomb while sitting at the table together. So let's just get into what happened...

LAST NIGHT the brides and grooms had a final night out and I think it was one of the most dramatic yet. Some of those who previously left the MAFS UK process came back, just to stir the pot a little bit more. We saw Hannah come back and that definitely put the cat amongst the pigeons. Holly hit her with the classic: “Look what the cat dragged in.”The way that Holly dealt with that situation and attacked Hannah was unacceptable.

LAST night we had the final Married At First Sight UK dates - and they really pushed the boat out. Lacey and Nathan got a helicopter ride. It was quite cute and I can see them working on the outside. But I can’t say that for any of the other couples... Adam and Polly went off roading and then had a cute little picnic set up. Adam gave her a memory box - which was very cute - but then it descended into another argument.

IT was the final commitment ceremony in last night's episode and it was one BIG disaster to say the least. To give you some context, the couples are one step away from deciding whether they want to spend the rest of their life and continue your marriage with this person, but over half the couples are struggling to be in the same room as each other. Three out of the five remaining couples are living separately, despite final vows looming. And will Polly and Adam ever see eye to eye?

HOME stays are usually part of the experiment where people who have been coasting through are slapped with reality in the face. They're usually like 'Oh my god I don't like this person enough for them to be in my home'... And it seems like that did happen to a few of the remaining couples on the show last night. In Thursday's diary instalment I spoke about how I think that Kieran needs to just dump Kristina, and I still think exactly the same.

ANONYMOUS letter week hit our screens on Married At First Sight last night. The episode really did keep me on the edge of my seat. What could go wrong with a bunch of people in predominantly unhappy marriages, giving other people advice about their relationships? Well... If you are as obsessed with Married At First Sight as I am, you need to keep reading, as I've got some thoughts…We saw Kieran and Kristina's letter, and even Ice Queen herself (me), did shed a tear.

IT'S couple swap week - and watching this really brought it all back to me. I hated this part of the process. I had become quite attached to Arthur and I had to swap with Thomas. Honestly, it was not a great few days for me. In my last diary entry, I said how I think that Kieran isn’t attracted to Kristina anymore – and he’s clutching at straws not to be seen as the villain. It looks like things haven't improved between the couple, and not only that, Luke and Amy aren't going well either.
