Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced on Wednesday that a state grand jury returned an indictment against 18 individuals associated with former US President Donald Trump’s effort to overturn Arizona’s election results in the 2020 presidential election. The indicted individuals face charges of fraud, forgery and conspiracy. The indictment names 11 of the 18 individuals, but seven names remain redacted and shielded from public knowledge.

A New York appellate court denied an effort by former US President Donald Trump on Monday to delay the start of his upcoming falsified documents criminal case. The New York Times reported earlier on Monday that Trump filed several challenges against Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the falsified documents trial. With the appellate court’s denial, the case is still set to proceed to trial on April 15.

The Florida federal judge overseeing former US President Donald Trump’s classified documents case denied Thursday an effort by the former president to dismiss the case based on the (PRA). Trump argued that the classified documents he allegedly retained following the end of his presidency were declassified under the PRA. However, Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed Trump’s arguments.

A New York judge set an April 15 start date on Monday for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s criminal case against former US President Donald Trump. The trial was originally scheduled to proceed on March 25, but the prosecution disclosed almost 100,000 of discovery shortly before the scheduled start date, which caused Trump’s legal counsel to petition the court for more time to prepare.

The federal judge overseeing former US President Donald Trump’s criminal case regarding his allegedly wrongful detention of classified documents rejected the former president’s motion to dismiss on Thursday in a short, two-page order. Trump sought to dismiss 32 of the 40 pending criminal charges against him in the case. However, Judge Aileen Cannon denied Trump’s claim that the 32 charges were unconstitutionally vague.
