In this job, I test a lot of cleaning products. I’ve tested big-branded ones, I’ve tested Instagram-famous ones, and I’ve tested those I’ve randomly stumbled across in the supermarket. But one thing I will never get tired of is baking soda, and there are so many things you didn’t know you could clean with bicarbonate of soda.

Dri-Pak Clean & Natural Bicarbonate of Soda 500g Extremely affordable but also very effective, you can buy bicarb on Amazon - if you don't already have some in your cupboards. 1. And while I’m all about investing in high-quality cleaning tools and products, even I can’t deny that sometimes Joseph Joseph is out of my (and many other people’s) budget.

As much as I love my husband, one thing we definitely do not agree on is the temperature of our bedroom. Me? I always run hot and can’t sleep without a fan during the warmer months. Him? He’s constantly cold and would happily have the heating on all year round if he could.
