Phlegmasia cerulea dolens (PCD) is a rare condition in which a large deep venous thrombosis (DVT) compromises venous drainage []. This condition is most commonly associated with malignancy, however, other risk factors include hypercoagulable disorders, venous stasis, surgery, trauma, pregnancy, and central venous catheterization []. Here we present a case of a female patient who presented with a PCD and was found to have an ovarian neoplasm.
