Transfer learning is an important machine learning technique that aims to utilize knowledge already acquired in the source domain to assist in the learning of related but different target tasks. This method has achieved significant success in a variety of tasks for which training data is insufficient or of poor quality (Pan & Yang, 2010; Zhuang et al., 2021).
