The trailer for the long-awaited Lilo & Stitch live action remake of the 2002 animated movie is finally here, almost seven years after it was announced by Disney that the remake was in the works. Filming was supposed to begin on Mar. 13, 2023. However, a fire in one of the movie set’s trailers containing costumes caused it to be delayed until May 1. The 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike pushed filming back even further, but alas, it wrapped in March 2024 and is set to release in theaters on May 23, 2025.
