President Donald Trump wants to sign the legislation by the July 4 weekend. Capitol Hill is supposed to be on recess as of June 26. In an interview with Gray Media’s Washington News Bureau, the senate majority leader admitted the chamber is at the point in the process where they’ve just got to move.
