EVE Vanguard Makes A Lot of Big Promises, But Delivers Good Gunplay

It's almost surreal to ride a drop pod down to the surface of one of EVE Online's tens of thousands of planets in the upcoming shooter tie-in, EVE Vanguard. I've flown by them hundreds of times in the many years I've been playing the venerable spaceship MMO, but usually at astronomical distances. I always wondered about what was going on down there. I would make up stories about it in my head. Now I have a high-powered space rifle in my hands and I'm experiencing the universe up close and personal.

Kaiserpunk has an immediately interesting premise: rebuilding society from the ashes of an alternate timeline World War I that raged so much longer and more mercilessly that it left the survivors in a post-apocalyptic struggle for survival. When it leans into being a city builder with a roaring 20s flair, that scenario can really shine.

Two Point Museum is the third installment in the humorous economic strategy series, initiated in 2018 by the game Two Point Hospital and continued in 2022 with Two Point Campus. The game was created by Two Point Studios team, which has been overseeing the development of the series from the beginning, while its release was handled by Sega. GameplayAs the title suggests, Two Point Museum allows us to create and run our own museum from scratch.

Broken Arrow Is a Modern Warfare RTS That Emphasizes Vehicles

Life is a highway, so they say. And in Broken Arrow, the upcoming modern warfare RTS from Steel Balalaika and Slitherine, it's a highway littered with exploded BMD fighting vehicles that I just took out with a heavy armored advance, before getting caught out by an AT attack on my flanks. Set in a fictional Eastern European war between Russia and the United States, it has a lot of tactical depth while remaining very easy to control. The scenario is a bit cloudy from the couple of missions I played.
