To the voters of HD 54. Thank you for allowing me to represent House District 54 in the 2025 State Legislature. It is an honor to serve you and I am looking forward to the session. I think of you, my constituents, often, especially when trying to lighten the burdens government places on us. “The dignity of the human being is inviolable.” Article II, Section 4 Montana ConstitutionCI-128 is being advertised as a reproductive rights measure. It will allow abortion up to birth, no matter what you have been told. Because abortion is already legal and protected in the State of Montana, you might wonder why CI-128 is being pushed in Montana with millions of dollars of out-of-state money. Because there is a hidden agenda. It is being pushed because CI-128 will extend abortion to term.

If you want to hear a presentation talking about property taxes in Montana from the Department of Revenue, there will be a town hall held at the Billings Public Library at 6 P.M. on Tuesday, September 24. The Department of Revenue has been holding these town hall meetings around the state. This will be a great opportunity to watch a presentation and ask questions about the ins and outs of property taxes. The notice I received said that questions were welcome.
