San Diego-based all-girl rock group Doll Riot has dropped the details on their upcoming new LP, ‘Grage’. The girls have partnered with the label Last Hurrah for an exclusive vinyl release and is teasing the effort with a pre-order and stream of their PJ Harvey cover of “Sheela-Na-Gig” over at The Bad Copy and Soundcloud. The 12-inch LP is available for pre-order for $25 over at Last Hurrah, includes 2 exclusive tracks, and is limited to 500 copies.

Riding With Killers, a Detroit based alt/metal trio featuring current and ex-members of Taproot etc, have released a new music video for their single “Novelty”. It was a night of glorious emo rock enveloping the cavernous Wiltern auditorium. Especially impressive was Armor For Sleep from New Jersey, performing songs from a vast and epic career in music.
