NEW ORLEANS — Heavy hearts filled the Charity Hospital Cemetery to remember the lives lost in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina 18 years later. That site is the home of one of many memorials around the city, but it's where the 108 unclaimed people who lost their lives after the storm have their final resting place. A hand full of city leaders including Mayor Latoya Cantrell attended the solemn service that started at 8:29AM.
